Yes! You can join a training block any time. The Hyrox program is rolling, progressing weekly. If you join midway through a block we recommend you start in the current week to align with other members. This ensures a better training experience as the coaches can guide you in real time and you are up to date with the rest of the community.
Yes, this is a specialized training program designed for both beginners and those looking to improve on previous race times. You will learn Hyrox-specific skills while also building running, strength, and endurance.
The core Hyrox program is programmed on a weekly basis with updates KPIs each block. Perfect to progress all year round. The 12-week fixed program is designed to help you peak for your next race 12 weeks out.
Throughout your trial or membership you'll have access to all rolling programs. You can change programs as you like. You can speak to a coach if you have any questions.
Everything you need is in the MARCHON™ app — all of your workouts, coach videos, nutrition, and tracking will be there.
