The program aims to give you all of the necessary confidence and training you need to excel at your 5K, 10K, Half and Full Marathon races.
The program is suitable for both first-time runners and experienced athletes. The plan will be personalised based on your goals. For the marathon programs ideally you have ran at least 10km distance and have 1+ years training experience.
Yes. All fixed programs can be started any time. When you start the program you'll begin on day one and can progress as you wish.
Once you've purchased the Running Dept., download the MARCHON app and select one of the running programs from the "Programs Tab". All of your workouts, and tracking will be there.
The Running Dept. gives you access to the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon programs.
MARCHON coaches are always available in the MARCHON training app to answer any of your questions. You can also find more information, tips, and answers on our Instagram page.
