The Compete Programme is for those who want to get better at the sport of fitness.
Our Compete pathway focuses on coaching you to acquire the skills, strength and capacity that the sport requires to perform at your best.
The programme peaks for the Open, but also provides structure and education in your training allowing you to compete at any functional fitness competition.
How many sessions per week?
5-6 sessions a week (60-90 mins each)
Programme details
Throughout the year there will be the following key points of interest:
Sport specific skill development pathways.
Muscle endurance development in line with the sport's functional volume.
Absolute strength development required to support the dynamic nature of the sport.
Energy system development specific to your chosen level within the sport.
When training to compete in the sport of fitness, whilst complex, the functional requirements of the training programme are fixed for us by your end goal.
We will enable you to manage and organise your efforts and strategies in order to thrive within the chaos of the sport.
