Perform programme
The Perform Programme follows the same programming principles as 'Train', whilst applying an increased skill demand to become more efficient across all areas of functional fitness.
It is for those wanting to perfect their skills and become more competitive in functional fitness.
How many sessions per week?
5-6 sessions a week (75-90 mins each)
Programme details
The programme consists of the following sessions:
3 x Strength
1 x Aerobic Capacity
1 x Mixed-Modal
1 x Active recovery (optional)
Throughout the training year you will be exposed to higher threshold mixed modal training and more complex gymnastic/weightlifting movements.
The programme will provide the tools needed to compete at a high level in events such as HYROX, Turf Games, NFG, ATHX etc.
