Membership

Managing your MARCHON subscription

To manage your subscription you can head to the 'Account' tab in the MARCHON app. Tap 'Subscription' at the top to manage your membership. If you started your membership via the website you can visit the account page.

How to cancel your membership

Cancelling your membership will differ depending on where you subscribed:

Subscribed via the website

  1. Log in and go to your account
  2. Select manage subscription and then 'cancel'

Subscribed via Apple App Store

  1. Open the MARCHON app and go to your 'Account' tab
  2. Tap "Subscriptions" at the top
  3. Tap "manage" on your subscription
  4. You'll be taken to your Apple settings to cancel your subscription

Subscribed via Google Play Store

You can cancel via the MARCHON app or by opening the Google Play Store and viewing your subscriptions.

  1. Open the MARCHON app and go to your 'Account' tab
  2. Tap "Subscriptions" at the top
  3. Tap "manage" on your subscription
  4. You'll be taken to your Google settings to cancel your subscription

Will I lose my progress?

No, all account history remains even when cancelling or switching memberships as long as you use the same credentials to sign up. You can reactivate your subscription any time to continue.

How to request a refund

All refunds are handled through the platform where the subscription was purchased.

You can contact us any time to request a refund at training@marchon.co.uk

Via the website

  1. Contact us at training@marchon.co.uk with the email you signed up on or chat to the team via the app. Head to "Account" and scroll down to "Chat to the team"

Via Apple App Store

Refunds via App Store are at the discretion of Apple.

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Select "I'd like to request a refund"
  3. Follow the prompts to select the app and reason for the request
  4. You can also cancel the subscription to prevent future charges

Via Google Play Store

Refunds via App Store are at the discretion of Google.

  1. Sign in to play.google.com
  2. Tap your profile icon and select Payments and Subscriptions
  3. Go to Budget & order history
  4. Find the subscription you'd like to refund
  5. Select Request a refund or Report a problem
  6. Follow the prompts to complete the request
  7. After submitting you'll receive an email from Google with their refund decision.

Account

Changing your email

You can change your email by logging in and going to your account. Tap 'change email' and enter the email you'd like to update to.

Updating your profile

You can update your name or profile settings by visiting the 'Profile' tab in the MARCHON app. You can change your tracking units, notifications settings, Health, and Garmin connections.

How to delete your account

We respect your privacy and the right to delete your account and data. If you wish to delete your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the MARCHON app
  2. Tap 'Account'
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Delete account'
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your request

Once completed, your data will be permanantly deleted. You will not have access to any of your previous data or training logs and it cannot be restored.

Will my subscription automatically cancel?

No, if you delete your account your membership does not automatically cancel. Head to your account tab in your app to manage your subscription.

Training

How do I choose the right training program?

MARCHON gives you access to a team of world-class coaches who have built a comprehensive set of training programs. To find the best program for you, take the quiz.

Can I switch programs?

Yes! During your free trial you can change program as often as you like. Members on the Pro plan get unlimited program changes, while the Core plan is limited to 2 changes per month.

Are there coaches to support me?

Yes! MARCHON coaches are always available in the app to answer any of your questions. You can also find more information, tips, and answers on our Instagram page.

Use your Garmin with MARCHON workouts

You can connect your Garmin watch to MARCHON training to sync your running workouts.

  1. Head to your "Account" tap
  2. Scroll to "Connections" and tap "Garmin"
  3. Tap connect to link your watch

Tap "Send to Garmin" in your workout overview to send the workout to your Garmin watch.

How do I set up my nutrition

With a MARCHON membership you get access to our nutrition which gives you macros and meal planning to meet your goals.

To set up your nutrition:

  1. Visit "Nutrition" in your tab bar
  2. Follow the prompts to set your goals and preferences
  3. You can change your nutrition settings or goals any time by tapping "Settings" at the top of the nutrition screen
