Can I change my email?

Yes! Email us at or message us in app by tapping "account" then "Chat to the team".

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription will differ, depending on where you subscribed (directly through us, Apple App Store, or Google Play).

Purchased from our website:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select "Cancel" next to your subscription.

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap on your name
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select the Marchon subscription
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions
  3. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions  

Can I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription from Lite to Pro or save on your subscription by switching to a 6-month of annual plan. To switch plan, message a coach in the app by tapping "account", then "chat to the team".

I purchased my subscription via the Apple App Store and I want a refund.

To request a refund you'll need to contact the Apple App Store directly. Please visit the Apple App Store customer care department for more information as for your account status and to arrange a refund: or by calling their support number in your region.
