Can I join anytime?
Yes! You can join a training phase any time. Our programs give you a weekly training plan. If you join midway through a phase we recommend you start in the current week to align with other members.
Can I switch programs?
Yes! During your free trial you can change programs as often as you like. Members on the Pro plan get unlimited program changes, while the Core plan is limited to 2 changes per month.
How is the program delivered?
Everything you need is in the MARCHON™ app — all of your workouts, coach videos, nutrition, and tracking will be there.
Are there coaches to support me?
